At Dude Perfect, we want to make sure you love your gear as much as a perfect trick shot. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags still attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, secure your items in their original packaging, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
